Main Features：
1, heating plate is at the top of the colloid , when the heating plate is heating, only the top layer of plastic buckets contact with heating plate to melt , when it comes to the melting point, glue under the plastic barrels at this time will not melt, thus it will meet our requirement that melting what we need.
2, there is a O-ring seal between the outer ring of heating plate and the inner ring of plastic drum, in order to ensure the liquid glue will not contract with air, meet the  settlement that the PUR adhesive can not contract with air while melting problems.
3, there is a Teflon coating of the plate appearance to prevent charring, to ensure that the best glue quality, and to reduce the plug.
4, precisisive  gear pump control motor ,it adopts Stepless Frequency Converter to change the frequency and speed  ,can accurately control the output volume of glue.
5, when the temperature of heating plate did not meet the temperature requirement of temperature controller, the main motor can not operate and it solve the operative problem of the misoperation.
6, in the bottom of the main cylinder,there is a  trip switch, when the heating plate reach the bottom of the barrel, the trip switch signal, and yellow lights show.
